Santa Rita is a young orchard but with good production and great variety, our trees are spaced 6 x 4 and 3 x 1 meters apart and maintain a low profile of no more than three meters high. This eases the fruit picking by hand with the greatest of care.
Social responsibility whilst be caring for the environment and being productive utilizing current agricultural practices are key pre-requisites in selecting our partners. Our relationship with growers in some cases goes back to 25 years of working together in these lands.
